Mrs. Cheryl Flah-Kiahon has over twenty years of experience in education in Liberia and the United States. She is a dynamic and highly trained educational specialist with extensive experience working in the areas of teacher training, curriculum development, management, classroom instruction, early childhood education and exceptional student education. She has worked in public and private schools in primary, intermediate, and adult education. She worked with the Palm Beach, Florida School District from 1995 to 2012 and with the American International School of Monrovia from 2013 to 2020.

She holds several certificates in Teaching, including English as a Second Language (ESL), Exceptional Student Education (K-12) and Reading from the State of Florida, USA. She holds a Master of Science in Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
